Hello,

I hope this (very random) message finds you well. :) I happened to run across your blog after typing "worry yourself sick" in to the Google search bar. I'm actually at work right now, so I've only had a chance to look at this one entry. I want you to know that you're not alone here, and that I actually feel like I could've written a lot of what you've written so far. I think blogging about these things is a great release, and I'm very proud of you for doing this for yourself. I struggle with journaling/blogging and going to therapy for my issues - mosty excessive worry, etc. I understand the being shy/not wanting to talk to people. It's hard. Keep hanging in there. That's all we can do!

Best,
Kendra
